CLARITY Act Resources
The CLARITY Act—short for the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act of 2025—is a bipartisan legislative proposal introduced by House Financial Services Vice Chairman French Hill (R-AR) and House Agriculture Committee Chairman G.T.
