To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, if she will ask the Financial Conduct Authority to make an assessment of the adequacy of the (a) security and (b) stability of monies invested in the Tether cryptocurrency.
To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, pursuant to the Answer of 4 August 2025 to Question HL9820 on Cryptocurrencies, whether the Government’s crypto-asset holdings are deemed to be held in the Consolidated Fund under the Exchequer and Audit Departments Act 1866; and what the Government’s methodology is for valuing crypto-assets.
