The Senate must deliver a product to the American people that protects consumers, provides law enforcement with the tools they need, and creates regulatory certainty so that the digital asset industry can continue to innovate here in the United States. President Trump through his work with the House and Senate has given us that opportunity through the Clarity Act, and it is time to act now on the Senate floor.

The Clarity Act is part of the President’s mission to keep American innovation built here at home, and South Carolina will be part of getting it across the finish line.
