The Next 30 Years Begin Now
Congress Needs Leaders Who Are Building the Future—
Not Legislating the Past

Artificial intelligence will transform nearly every job in America during the next decade. The question isn't whether it's coming. The question is whether California will lead that revolution—or watch other states and countries build the industries and jobs of tomorrow.
Over the course of three decades, California's 24th, 27th, 30th, and 32nd Congressional Districts, all in the San Fernando Valley, have been represented by the same democrat member of Congress, Brad Sherman. Thirty years is a long time.
During that period, America has witnessed the birth of the internet, smartphones, social media, artificial intelligence, blockchain technology, commercial spaceflight, quantum computing, bitcoin, and an entirely new digital economy.
Yet Sherman and Congress still operate much as it did decades ago.
For example, Washington has struggled for too long to provide clear rules for digital assets. Innovation flourishes when entrepreneurs know the rules of the road, however, when it came to bitcoin and cryptocurrencies some unenlightened congressmen, like Sherman, tried to “outlaw” them, instead of welcoming them while building their guardrails.
They have constantly tried to put the innovation genie back into the bottle. I say, "break the bottle and cautiously let the genie dance."
I believe it is time for a new future of leadership in California’s 32nd district not defined by age or a political party, but by a vision.
I am running for Congress because I have a vision and want to help prepare California and America not for just the next election, but for the next generation and their future.
Our nation has always been at its best when we look toward the horizon. We built the transcontinental railroad. We electrified America. We landed astronauts on the Moon. We created the internet. We became the world's center of innovation because we embraced the future instead of fearing it.
The future and AI are going to happen either WITH US or TO US. I’d rather California lead it than watch someone else build it.
When I was a young law student in Mississippi, California was the standard for innovation. From aerospace to semiconductors to the entertainment industry. It led the world by imagining and creating what came next in everything revolutionary and hip – music, fashion, movie stars, independent thinking, and avant-garde politics. But we are no longer leaders or influencers.
Today, however, we stand at a historic crossroad. We have a second chance.
Artificial intelligence is transforming nearly every profession. Robotics will reshape manufacturing and healthcare. Quantum computing will revolutionize cybersecurity and scientific research. Biotechnology will change medicine. Commercial space exploration is becoming a trillion-dollar industry. Digital assets and blockchain technology are redefining finance.
California invented modern entertainment. California helped invent the Internet. California launched the semiconductor revolution. There is no reason California cannot also lead the world in artificial intelligence. We have the entrepreneurs, the engineers, the universities, the creative talent, and the investors. What we need now is the vision and the political will.
When elected, I will work to establish a bipartisan “Congressional Future Caucus” dedicated to ensuring California and America becomes the world's leader in emerging technologies.
Congress spends too much time reacting to yesterday's headlines. It needs to spend more time preparing for tomorrow's opportunities.
That begins with education.
Every student graduating from high school should possess basic AI literacy. Just as previous generations learned to use computers and the internet, the next generation must know how to work alongside artificial intelligence.
AI will not simply change the technology industry—it will change every industry.
We must also modernize government itself. Americans should not wait months for veterans' benefits, passports, tax refunds, federal permits. or voting results, when technology can dramatically reduce delays. AI should help government serve citizens more efficiently while ensuring that important decisions remain accountable to human judgment.
Government should work at the speed of modern technology, not the speed of outdated bureaucracy.
Innovation and responsibility must go hand in hand. We should embrace AI while ensuring it remains accountable to the people it serves.
In my proposed “AI Bill of Rights” I encourage innovation while protecting Americans. Citizens deserve to know when they are interacting with AI. AI-generated political advertisements should be clearly disclosed. Americans should maintain meaningful control over their personal data and privacy. Technology should empower people—not manipulate them.
California's 32nd District is uniquely positioned to LEAD THIS FUTURE.
Our region is home to world-class entrepreneurs, engineers, universities, aerospace companies, creative professionals, and technology innovators. We should become America's premier district for AI, entertainment technology, medical innovation, aerospace, robotics, and digital entrepreneurship.
These industries create high-paying jobs, attract investment, strengthen national security, and ensure the next generation builds the future here rather than somewhere else.
I don't want our children competing for yesterday's jobs. I want them creating tomorrow's industries.
Our future will need AI healthcare specialists, Entertainment AI producers, Robotics technicians, Aerospace AI engineers, AI safety experts, Cybersecurity professionals, small-business AI consultants, AI educators, and so many more careers we cannot yet imagine.
I also believe Congress itself should embrace transparency and modernization. Members of Congress should have access to secure AI tools that help analyze legislation, identify unintended consequences, and communicate more clearly with the public.
Constituents deserve faster service, greater transparency, and a government that uses modern technology responsibly.
America's next great chapter will not be written by politicians who merely preserve the status quo. It will be written by innovators, entrepreneurs, teachers, scientists, engineers, first responders, veterans, small-business owners, and citizens willing to imagine what our country can become.
Throughout my legal and entertainment career, I've had the privilege of working in an industry built on creativity, innovation, and bold ideas. I've learned that success comes not from fearing change, but from leading it responsibly.
This campaign isn't about reliving the debates of the past or simply, but proudly, celebrating America’s 250 Anniversary, but about preparing America for the year 2050 and beyond.
I envision a nation where government is more efficient, our economy is driven by innovation, our children are equipped for the jobs of tomorrow, our borders are secure, our communities are safe, our veterans receive the care they deserve, Social Security and Medicare are protected, and our national debt is reduced through greater fiscal responsibility and more effective government—not by asking hardworking Americans to pay even higher taxes.
I don't believe Washington needs more career politicians.
I believe Washington needs new and better builders of the future.
History remembers the generations that built the future, not those that feared it. The next 30 years begin now. Let's make sure they become California's— and America's—greatest years of innovation, opportunity, and leadership.
