Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

There are three ways to participate:
1. Become a Stand With Crypto (SWC) Advocate
  1. Go to standwithcrypto.org/sweepstakes or click on a referral link provided to you by an existing SWC Advocate.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions and submit the SWC Advocate registration form.
  3. Upon submission, pending SWC Advocates must verify their entry by clicking the verification link sent to their mobile device via SMS (Message and data rates may apply).
    1. All registrations must be fully completed and verified by the end of the Promotion Period to be eligible.
Each new participant who successfully completes the registration process and is verified during the Promotion Period will be considered a SWC Advocate and receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (an “Initial Entry”). Limit one Initial Entry per person, per email address.
1. Send a standard size postcard, only, with your hand-printed full name, address, phone number, and email to: Stand with Crypto Alliance Advocate Challenge, P.O. Box 907, Marblehead, MA 01945. Incorrectly, incompletely, or illegibly addressed postcards, oversized postcards, or requests submitted in envelopes will be considered ineligible and will not be acknowledged.
2. Refer a Friend
  1. SWC Advocates earn one entry for each successful referral by sending an email with a unique referral code/link provided by Sponsor to other crypto advocates.
  2. For every referred individual who successfully completes the SWC Advocate registration using the referring SWC Advocate's link, the referring SWC Advocate will receive one (1) additional entry (each, a “Bonus Entry”) into the Sweepstakes.
  3. SWC Advocate referral activity is tracked on a promotion leaderboard at standwithcrypto.org/sweepstakes.
    1. Leaderboard rankings on the leaderboard are for informational purposes only and are subject to final verification by PROMOSIS, the promotion independent judging organization.
Limit one (1) Initial Entry per person, per email address. There is no limit to the number of Bonus Entries an SWC Advocate may earn during the Promotion Period, provided that each referral is a unique, bona fide individual who successfully completes the registration process within the Promotion Period. Providing an invalid email address, invalid information, multiple entries beyond what's specified above, or otherwise failing to abide by these Official Rules will result in disqualification. You may only Refer a Friend located in Washington by providing the referral code/link via email and no other method. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed made by the person identified as the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address)
Winner Determination/Selection:
1. Leaderboard Winner:
  1. One (1) Referral Grand Prize Winner will be determined based upon the SWC Advocate with the highest number of verified referrals during the Promotion Period. In the event of a tie, the Referral Grand Prize Winner will be the first person to obtain the highest number of verified referrals.
2. Sweepstakes Winners:
  1. One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner will be selected via random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
3. Thirty (30) Sweepstakes First Prize: Winners will be selected via random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the promotion period.
Sweepstakes drawings and determination of Referral Leader will be conducted approximately three (3) days after the deadline of the Promotion Period, by Promosis, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions in all matters relating to this Promotion are final. Potential winners will be required to electronically sign an affidavit of eligibility and prize and publicity release when requested. Grand Prize Winners' travel companions must sign and return a liability release. Potential winners may also be required to upload a “selfie” photo and image of a government-issued photo ID, as part of the verification process. Any potential Grand Prize referral winner who fails to respond to the winner notification within five (5) business days, promptly provide any requested information, or is found to be ineligible will be disqualified, and the next in line on the leaderboard will be selected. Any potential sweepstakes winner who fails to respond to the winner notification within five (5) business days, provide any requested information, or is found to be ineligible will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be randomly selected from the remaining pool of entries received for the original drawing.
Prizes and odds:
1. Leaderboard Grand Prize: One (1) Leaderboard Grand Prize will be awarded to the top-ranked participant on the leaderboard at the end of the Promotion Period upon validation of the leaderboard. The prize is a VIP trip for two (2) to the Bitcoin 2026 conference in Las Vegas, NV (April 26–30, 2026), consisting of Bitcoin 2026 Whale Passes, round trip economy/coach airfare for the winner and one (1) guest (from the same departure airport), one (1) double occupancy hotel room for four (4) nights, and a $250 stipend. Approximate Retail Value=$21,648.
2. Sweepstakes Grand Prize: One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize will receive a prize trip for two (2) to the Bitcoin 2026 conference in Las Vegas, NV (April 26–30, 2026), consisting of Bitcoin 2026 Pro Passes, round trip economy/coach airfare for the winner and one (1) guest (from the same departure airport), one (1) double occupancy hotel room for four (4) nights, and a $250 stipend. Approximate Retail Value=$5,548
3. Sweepstakes First Prizes: Thirty (30) Sweepstakes First Prize Winners will receive one (1) General Admission pass to Bitcoin 2026. Approximate Retail Value=$399 each.
Grand Prize Winners and guests must be available to travel on the dates specified by Sponsor, or the prize and its value will be forfeited. Grand Prize elements, including air travel provider and accommodations, will be chosen by Sponsor and Administrator. Grand Prize Winners and guests must travel together on the same itinerary and are solely responsible for obtaining all required travel documentation. Travel guests of the winners will be required to complete a liability/publicity release (where permitted by law) before the trip is booked. If a Grand Prize Winner elects to partake in the trip without a guest, no additional compensation will be awarded. Grand Prize winners are responsible for any costs or incidental travel expenses not expressly stated above, which are at the winner's discretion. These include, but are not limited to: transportation to/from airport in departure city, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges, facility charges, meals, and personal charges at lodging.
Grand Prize trip and components are subject to scheduling availability and certain other restrictions. Sponsor will not be responsible for replacement of any lost or stolen tickets or travel vouchers once in the possession of the winner or guest. Sponsor bears no responsibility if any event, element, or detail of a prize is canceled, postponed, delayed, or becomes unavailable for any reason (including COVID-19). Should any portion of the prize become unavailable, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner aside from providing the remaining portion of the prize. Prizes may not be transferred, and non-cash portions may not be redeemed for cash. No substitution for prizes or parts thereof is permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion. If an originally-offered prize element is unavailable, Sponsor may substitute an item of comparable or additional value.
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, or local taxes; winners will be issued an IRS 1099-MISC tax form for the value of the prize if the value is $2,000 or above. By accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor and its promotion partners the right to use the winner's name, picture, portrait or likeness, and voice in any future promotional material in any media, now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation, inspection, or approval.
Limit one (1) prize per person. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event of a conflict or discrepancy between any messaging and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize are dependent upon the total number of entries received by the deadline of the Promotion Period.
Eligibility:
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States, 21 years of age and older. Not open to employees and their families (spouses, parents, children/siblings and their respective spouses, and those living in the same household) of Stand With Crypto, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, participating retailers, promotion partners, advertising and production agencies, and Promosis, Inc. Participants consent to the use of their registration information in accordance with the Stand With Crypto privacy policy. Entrants agree to the release of their name, address, and email information to Promosis for winner notification purposes and for public winner disclosure as required by law. Promotion is void where prohibited by law or regulation, and is subject to all applicable US federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Limitation of Liability:
Sponsor, Administrator, and their promotion partners and affiliates are not responsible for typographical errors in any Promotion-related materials; for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete registrations/entries or email; for technical, hardware, software, Internet, or telephone failures of any kind; for lost or unavailable network connections; for viruses; for failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions that may limit or interfere with a participant's ability to take part in the Promotion; or for non-delivery of any prize due to factors beyond Sponsor's control, including lost, late, or misdirected deliveries or any delay or suspension of service that may affect prize delivery. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated entry devices are not valid and will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and seek prosecution of any entrant who disrupts or interferes with the proper play of the Promotion, or acts in violation these Official Rules in any way. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify Promotion if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the Promotion, or corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If Promotion is canceled for any reason, including but not limited to those stated above, winners will be determined via random drawings from among all eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation. Sponsor and its promotion partners, related companies, agencies, and their respective employees or officers shall not be liable for injury, losses, damages, or costs of any kind resulting from participation in this Promotion, or acceptance of or use or misuse of a prize or parts thereof. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
By participating in the Promotion, each entrant releases and holds harmless and agrees to indemnify Stand With Crypto and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion partners, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, prize suppliers, including any vendors providing services, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates shareholders, officer, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “Released Entities”) in connection with this Promotion and hold them harmless from and against any and all costs, claims, damages, (including, without limitation, any special, incidental or consequential damages), or any other injury, whether due to negligence or otherwise, to person(s) or property (including, without limitation, death or violation of any personal rights, such as violation of right of publicity/privacy, libel, or slander), due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Promotion, or arising out of participation in any Promotion related or prize related activity, or the receipt, enjoyment, participation in, use or misuse, of any Promotion or prize related activity, whether hosted by Stand With Crypto or a third party.
Dispute Resolution:
THIS PROMOTION IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Massachusetts having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participants' actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Promotion), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
