Jenny Honeycutt completed the Stand With Crypto Questionnaire and supports establishing clear legislative pathways for digital asset businesses, including a framework to define when a digital asset is a security or a commodity. She advocates for specific legislation such as the CLARITY Act to provide regulatory certainty between the SEC and CFTC, and the GENIUS Act for payment stablecoins. Honeycutt also believes Americans should have the right to self-custody their digital assets and opposes regulatory de-banking of lawful crypto users.
