Digital assets and AI are already shaping how we live and work from small business payments to food safety on farms. But with innovation can come risks. That’s why I’m working to strengthen the bipartisan CLARITY Act with practical safeguards - my amendments close loopholes, pic.x.com/LD3oQ98hw1f-interest rules, and ensure a level playing field for all market entrants. Getting it right will ensure a more trust worthy financial eco-system.

Earlier this week, I participated in a roundtable with @HouseAgDems on the future of digital assets. While I am deeply supportive of the innovation these digital assets can offer, without oversight we invite chaos into our financial systems. We need smart, market-driven regulations, not to stifle innovation but to shape it by weeding out bad actors.

RT @realannapaulina: This is a big win. All anti-CBDC language will be codified and passed in the NDAA.

House Freedom Caucus Members reached an agreement tonight to advance the President’s cryptocurrency agenda and, as part of this agreement, the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) will include strong anti–Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) protections in this must-pass legislation. This is a significant win for the American people as a government-controlled digital currency poses a direct threat to financial privacy and economic freedom. By securing these protections, we will be taking a critical step to stop government overreach and to preserve individual liberty. This is exactly why the House Freedom Caucus fights— Freedom is our middle name — and we will continue to fight to protect the rights of Americans every day.

House Freedom Caucus Members will be voting in favor of the rule today after reaching an agreement with President Trump last night. Under this agreement, the Rules Committee will reconvene later today to add clear, strong anti–Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) provisions to the CLARITY legislation This is an important step to ensure Americans are protected from government overreach into their financial privacy. We remain committed to securing these critical protections in the final legislation and ensuring they are preserved as the bill moves through the Senate and into law. Make America Great Again.

When your health insurance premiums increase next year, thank MAGA Republicans. Donald Trump promised to “lower costs on Day One,” but he spends his days tinkering with plans for his vanity project White House ballroom. Let them eat crypto and pardons for dictators.

The president wants all the parts of government closed that he can't personally profit from. So he doesn't care about health care for your family. He wants to build a White House ballroom and promote bitcoin. pic.x.com/CWerxlQhgi

Trump has spent 100 days on get-rich-quick crypto schemes, plunder of the people’s data, pillage of the government, and trade war against the world (except for Russia). He’s slashing Medicaid, Social Security, and Head Start and the federal workforce. It’s a war on the people’s pic.x.com/jrlloICYgNre narcissists.

Last Friday was one of the most volatile days ever in the crypto markets. Again, it appears that a few insiders got rich at the expense of smaller investors. Elderly members of Congress who don't understand how crypto works can't provide effective oversight of this new industry. pic.x.com/BL8bzLypJ2

So blessed to be able to work with Topstep in the live markets. I worked with three firms last year. This year, only @Topstep. No other firm comes close to the professionalism, support, and tech. Thanks for helping me feed the fam guys! Hot take for y’all who are like wait he’s a trader and he’s running for congress? Yup, a Democrat too! 🤣 MEMBERS OF CONGRESS SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO TRADE. As a retail trader, I know how easy it would be to profit off of information that only they receive. If elected, I will not make a single stock, options, futures or crypto trade while in office. Not with my own money, not with Topstep’s. You are elected to congress to serve your constituents. There are plenty of ways to make 💰 when someone else takes your seat. The fact that members on both sides of the aisle are engaged in this behavior is one reason it’s so hard to stop—and it needs to stop. Regular people are so fed up with this crap. Call your Senators and tell them to sponsor Senator Ossoff’s Sen. Bill 1879 “Ban Congressional Stock Trading Act.” It was introduced in May. Currently has 11 Dem Sponsors and Zero Republicans…. @TheDemocrats

The futures markets help me put food on the table and save for my family. As a retail trader--I utilize all information available to me (news, technical analysis) to make informed decisions. Members of Congress, on the other hand, have a lot more information--and they are using it to enrich themselves. Serving in Congress should be about working for the people, not getting rich trading on insider information. In Congress, I pledge to support a ban on members trading equities, options and crypto. schwartzforcongress.com Locked up more payouts. Trade safe out there ✌️
