Ten ideas to make California better:
1/ Build three new UCs 
Californians are having trouble sending their kids to our own schools. That makes no sense. BTW, UC Merced took 20 years. That's unacceptable.
2/ Move the state capital to SF or LA 
We chose Sacramento in 1854 because SF was subject to naval attacks and LA's population was 1,500. Let's revisit this ~200 year old decision.
3/ Make the DMV an app 
Why are we still going in person?
4/ Pay state taxes and fees in crypto 
California should accept USDC, USDG, etc for any fees or taxes.
5/ Text the Governor 
Reaching people in government is too hard. You should be able to text the Governor. Ethan's cell is 650-309-4136

California should issue its own token, backed by USDC. People could opt in to receive benefits or refunds through that instead of fiat.
